The D 555 is a horizontal rotary band sealer. This machine is a small tabletop model that offers a high specification. By incorporating a barrier tape this machine is suitable for both polythene and laminated materials. Bags are simply placed in the feed mechanism on the right hand side, they are drawn through the machine and a 10mm wide seal is placed from 5 to 30mm from the top of the bag. The conveyor is synchronised with the seal jaws and the conveyor can be adjusted for both height and length of the bag. The temperature and speed are controlled with an electronic controller to ensure consistent seals are achieved.
